Spicy Dijon Lamb Chops  Jed Wubben

2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
2 1/2 tbsp of Dijon-style mustard
2 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. of finely minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. of liquid hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. of paprika
Salt, to taste

Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.

Place the lamb chops in a bowl and coat well with the marinade. Cover
and refrigerate for 6-8 hours, turning occasionally.

Boil 4 from the heat for 5-6 minutes on the first and 5-6 minutes on
the second side, brushing with marinade.
