Fresh Blueberry Pie with Whipped Cream

FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE WITH
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup cold water
Cut shortening into flour and salt till crumbly, add water and mix. Roll
place in 9" pie pan. Pierce with a fork. Bake at 400F until brown.
4 cups fresh blueberries
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 small package blueberry Jell-O
Place blueberries in pie shell. Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan,
water and cook until clear and bubbly. Add blueberry Jell-O, stir until
mixed, then pour over blueberries in pie shell. Chill until well set.
whipped cream for topping.
