Creative Writes is a monthly newsletter offering encouragement and down-to-earth tips for emerging writers who wish to develop a regular practice. The newsletter features writing and journaling exercises from creativity coach and writing workshop facilitator, Kay Marie Porterfield, M.A. These focus on learning to write with depth, honesty and passion, as well as how to transform insights gained through writing into action.
Porterfield, the author of 14 books and hundreds of magazine articles, combines first-hand knowledge of writing for publication and journaling with graduate training in psychology.
