For us to understand the world better and more correctly, we need to
look at a given issue from different perspectives. The prostitution
problem is usually overlooked in many countries, and it seems that many
enjoy its existence. These people include male customers with a stronger
currency, manipulative rotten girls, immoral, greedy parents, and
heartless pimps. If we look carefully, we can see that women are being
exploited and oppressed.
I was initially interested in what male expats in Thailand say about
Thai women, particularly through their close contacts with Thai
bargirls. I am still trying to see what people think about this
phenomenon. You can read about it and share your opinions by following
the link at my website about 'prostitution in Thailand' .
A while ago, I learned that female tourists and expats also have their
new forum. They discuss, among other issues, whether Thai men are
genuine, how to handle them, and so forth. I thought this is an
interesting movement!!! Critical literacy deals also with power
relations and gender equality, so I reckon what I'm sharing is relevant.
What do you think?
