Hello,
I'd like to share my composition about my dad too. In Thailand, we
also have Father's Day on Dec 5th which is our King's bithday, so we
do not celebrate this day and express our loves to fathers as
practically as we do on Mother's day. Therefore, this is my first
composition for my Dad I finished it just now.
Here it goes :
My Dad is the man who always believes in me even in the moment when I
almost gave up believing in myself.
My Dad is the man who gives me freedom to make my own decision. He is
proud when I succeed and supportive when I fail.
My Dad is the man who works hard all his life, never complains about
his tiredness but he does everything to make sure that his family will
never go through a tough time as he once did.
My Dad is the man who never hesitates to stop by my school on his busy
day to bring a gym uniform to his forgetful daughter.
My Dad speaks so little, hardly shares his feelings, his compliment to
his children’s success never goes beyond the word “OK”, but I
know in his heart, he is much happier than what he can say.
My Dad was a bedtime storyteller who made up only one story, and he
kept telling us that story over and over, but for me, it is the best
story in the world.
And my Dad is the man who laughs happily every time I call him.
Daddy I love you.

| | Dear All,
I wondered how much and how differently each of you appreciate the
|
message
| | about a Dad because "Dad" mentioned below seems to be one in the
|
Western
| | world. If you were to compose a few sentences about your Dad, would
|
they be
| | different?
Here's part of what I may say about my Dad:
|
ùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùùù
ùùùùùù
| |
My Dad is the man who took me to the market before my new schools
|
opened and asked the shop owners to give me new clothes and school
supplies when he had no money in his pocket.
| |
My Dad is the man who says so little, but leads the life that I
|
wholeheartedly
| | admire.
My Dad is the person who works hard all his life without asking
|
anybody for
| | anything in return.
My Dad is the person who always forgave when my Mom was in her bad
|
moods.
| |
My Dad was educated only up to Grade 4, but he is always the best
|
resort for all his 9
| | children, even now.
And.... my Dad is much more.
I love
|
you, Dad.

| | I wonder how much each of you appreciate the following message
|
|
about
| | | | Dad that I borrow from: http://www.feelgoodpages.com/Dad/
*************************************************
A dad is someone who wants to catch you before you fall
but instead picks you up, brushes you off, and lets you try again.
A dad is someone who wants to keep you from making mistakes,
but instead lets you find your own way, even though his heart
|
|
breaks
| | | | in silence when you get hurt.
A dad is someone who holds you when you cry, scolds you when you
break the rules, shines with pride when you succeed, and has faith
|
|
in
| | | | you even when you fail...
