Crockpot Dried Lima Beans
1 16-ounce bag dried lima beans, large or small
Ham bone
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
5 cups water
Wash and sort beans. Cover beans in water 2 to 3 inches above beans.
Soak overnight. Drain beans.
Place ham bone in bottom of crockpot. Add beans, salt and water. Cover
and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours, until beans are tender.
Makes 12 1/2-cup servings.
