if your shocks are old that could be the problem. the rockys have a naturally rough ride to begin with, so there really isnt much u could do besides replace the shocks

Good evening, this is nick paderna and I have a Daihatsu not locally named Rocky but named Feroza. My problem is the ride is to bumpy and after one or two hours ride, my body aches. Any body has suggestion how to improve its ride. Thank you.

That is the possible thing to do, I also faced the same. replaced the
brushes & bearing.
try that, if wont settle your problem pls let me know I will be able to help
you
finding a good alternator.

But I need the seirial no & some pictures.

I dont know if this will help, but I was in Mexico a couple of years ago,
and had a similar problem. I went to a parts store, and they actually had a
kit for it. Thats if it is the brushes. There is also a "universal" brush
kit at most parts stores. If it's a bearing, and you cant find a kit, pull
the bearing, get the serial number, and go to a Whisler Bearing or similar
bearing supply, and they will get it for you. Hope this helps. (It's
actually pretty easy to do.)
