RE: Cooking Dinner for a Date?  Lana
 Mar 27, 2001 11:41 PST

 Hey folks,
Here is a question to think about. Is cooking
dinner for a first date a
good idea? If so, what should you make?
Something light, something
heavy? Help all those wannabe chefs out there!
I wouldn't be comfortable cooking for someone on a first
date for a variety of reasons. You have to really know your
date's taste before cooking for his/her. Also, I think
inviting someone for dinner suggests that you want this
person in your life in some capacity, and the first date
isn't the right time to send that message.

What I think is more appropriate is bringing your date home
for dessert after the date, if everything goes well. ;)
