Thanks to a Subito Grant from the American
Composers Forum, composer Gina Biver's Fuse Ensemble, a new music/new
media group and collaboration with media artist Edgar Endress, will
premiere Gina's new work No Matter Where at the Kennedy Center's Millennium Stage on Wednesday, May 6th, as part of the 2009 Kennedy Center's Cross Currents
Contemporary Music Festival. For ten days in May, the festival will
highlight new music from such composers as Joan Tower and Oliver
Knussen, and include performances by Fuse, Ethel, So Percussion and
others.
