Katrina Relief Ride - Delaware Bike Route 1

Hello everyone!
After spending a the first part of this week in hotels during a business
trip watching the devastation that has taken place in LA, MS, and AL,
last night while driving home I decided to do an individual ride to
raise money for disaster relief.
My wife and I were scheduled to spend the weekend of September 24th in
New Orleans, LA prior to a conference that I would be attending the
following week. With the hurricane wiping out the city, it is obvious
that the conference will be cancelled and I have cancelled our
reservations.
Given that I now have a free weekend and had been planning on doing a
one day, one way, 145 mile unsupported ride down Delaware Bike Route 1,
I am going to do this ride on Saturday, September 24(rain date September
25) to raise money for the American Red Cross Relief Fund

If anyone is interested in doing all or part of this ride with me, I
challenge you to also raise money for the American Red Cross or another
relief agency that is helping out in the gulf coast. If you would like
