Dear runners,
Congratulation on your 18+ miles run this Monday. Next Monday, try to
do shorter run on your long run day.
In many marathon training schedule. If you ran 20 miles this week
usually the second week, people run a shorter distance such as 10K or 12
miles. Then the 3rd week will be another Monster long run (20+ miles).
Do stretch before and after run. Massage sore muscle too. Rest if
necessary. Because you want to run not just this season's marathon but
many others as the years come.
Run well, run fast, and run safe
