Dear runners and bikers,
You have been using your feet and legs for many hours of brutally
training. How about some pampering?
That's right!
Wednesday, 10/12, 7 p.m. at 94 Candlewicke Drive, Dover. We will hold
small massage night. Bring your clean feet and perhaps your love one.
We are going to do some feet and legs massage, and socializing. Hope to
