Digital Silver is a mailing list for photographers who use Adobe Photoshop as their virtual darkroom, outputting their images digitally, but originating on conventional films. Topics for discussion include tips, tricks, troubleshooting and techniques for both color and b/w image manipulation on both Mac and PC, along with recommendation and general discussion of related peripherals such as filmscanners and inkjet printers (although detailed discussion should be directed to the relevant specialist lists). Part of the aim of this list is to build a searchable knowledge base of virtual darkroom techniques developed by list members. |
