from bed ready to try out the speed doyle. I felt the tension and began
as fast as I could to get to one. I stuttered around 2 and that's when
my shortness of breath and stomach butterflies
hit me.

Dear George,

GREAT! That's very helpful. The tension doyle morphs into the shortness
of breath and butterflies doyle at 2 years old. Important information.
It means, for one thing, that the shortness of breath/butterflies doyles
PRECEDE the tension doyle's original event. You will have go back below
2 to get them converted into cognitive memories.

Here's how to proceed next: Speed Trace ONLY the butterflies/shortness
of breath doyles, and keep at it till they alleviate or disappear. Then
if tension returns, you should be able to trace it and go right past
the speed bump at two years old.

The butterflies/shortness doyles seem to be acting as gateway doyles, so
if you trace and erase them, the tension may not recur at all or only
occasionally versus being there all the time.

Remember: these are YOUR memories and everyone's are unique. Did you
ask the Plausibility Question, "What's a plausible thing happened to me
at age=X to cause my dates dislike?" IF so, what happened? If not, think
of the dates dislike and see what thoughts flit through your mind right
now. That will give you an answer. When you do a successful speed trace,
the doylic memory becomes just a regular memory which means you have a
memory you NEVER had before (it was only a bodily state or doylic memory
before). Work on the dates experience this way and it will prepare you
for when you get each problem doyle traced.

Thanks for demonstrating you got the limitation eraser structure almost
right in this sentence, "I am being selfish with my frustration due to
have been battling these doyles for some time, *up* until now. Do add
the *up* as it is also important in getting the feeling state evoked in
you of relaxation and that everything will be all right from now on.
[Note my use of "from now on" --- also important to use after the
limitation eraser. ] Use the limitation eraser again and let me know how
your feeling state changes.
