Mix to Disk function or ???  Robert Goldberg
 Jul 20, 2002 05:42 PDT
In DECK II, I can edit a section, correct volume with automation envelopes,
stick in alternate syllables here and there, and then mix that section to
disk far faster than real time. I do spoken word stuff, often quite
lengthy, and this allows me to then take the mixed file and replace the
piecemeal, edited section of the file.

I know that the Mix to Disk function in PT LE is real time, waaaaay tooooo
slooooow for me. Is there a function in PT that allows you to combine
edited, volume-balanced segments into a single piece this way? It's easier
to move 'em around if you need to.

Thanks,
Bobbo
