Brand new in box. GE 30 gallon water heater. Approximately 30" tall and 23" wide. Was going to put it in my shop and now I am not. $288.00 dollars plus tax at Home Depot. Was asking $200.00 now I'm asking $160.00....cash. That is half the cost of a brand new one. Thanks...MP
