| | experience (a warehouse with a bell, a glass window and a rude guy) to

| | goods ordered (and returned)
· Returned Goods, That's one of the biggest problems about

Internet
| | business.
Why?? No different than Mail-order has ever been. You have to value add
|
the
| | process and it will work.
