Wow, another Crafts Brewer!!! Cool!
You have a good point there mentioning the Belgium Lambic! Also my goal is not getting as much alcohol as possible for as little money as possible. Unfortunately we have lots of so called home brewers in our community here! A good beer is well balanced!
I have a Lambic in a barrel at the moment which will be a Guava Lambic. We have lots of Cherry Guava Trees on our property!
Wow, lots of opportunities to try and brew and taste! He he he!
Cheers
Peter

Ahh Peter!
Yes, you can brew a great beer with EM1. You can also brew a
wonderfully tasteless beer that has all the aroma and color, but no
body if done wrong. I am still perfecting the process when I get the
time to.
Beer in mind that Belgium makes some great lambics with lactic acid bacteria.
I don't make weak beers, but with EM1 you can increase the potential
alcohol content when done correctly.
It is great fun. One hint, you don't add the EM1 during the primary
fermentation...

I love your example about the beer. Being a Crafts Brewer, I
couldn't agree more. (Is there a use for EM in the Beer brewing
process? Hmm, my mind already starts working! Watch this space!)
More examples? Homeopathic medicine - made in a lab! Herb tinctures
- made in a lab! Handmade soap and organic beauty products - made in
a lab!
My advice: Don't paint everything in black and white. There are good
and bad things coming out of laboratories. If something is produced
artificially, it is not always bad! It sometimes just concentrates
the positive parts and puts them together to create a perfect
solution.
Hope this helped
Cheers

Hello Chryssoula,
I have a couple responses:
1. To have a strong effect of EM1 in the air, you can put it in a
humidifier and run it periodically in the house. Otherwise, you will
find that you will have to spray a little more often.
About EM-X, please tell your mother that she should take about 10ml
per day and stick with it for at least a couple months. She can mix
it in tea or coffee (or some other hot drink) as some research is
showing that the amino acids triple or quadruple when mixed in hot
liquids. Once she goes through the few months of use, have her go to
the doctor for a checkup. She should get some blood work done. Then
she will see what is truly happening.
2. Beer is grown in a fermentation tank as well and can be called
natural. It is a natural process. The microbes are not genetically
modified and there are no synthetic compounds put in the process.
This is why it is natural.
We have a program lined out for professional operations on our website:
http://www.emamerica.com/data/agriculture/horticulture--greenhouses/
I am not sure if you have the same type of certifying agency as we do
in the United States. Here EM1 is approved for all certified organic
production.
Good luck,
Eric

Dear all of you,
1. I live in Athens Greece and was informed about EM last November
2005 by the local representative and since then, I started slowly
using them in my garden, in my veranda, in my home. As it was very
new to me and needed to make some tests each time. I thought of
using them fror mopping up my veranda where my little dog oftens
does here peeing... when I am not in time back to take her out! I
added some in the bucket's water, did not change it at all for about
a week!!! and there was no smell whatsoever. I was impressed! I
was also impressed to see my indoor plants that usually lost quite a
lot of leaves during winter, to remain healthy after I started
spraying them for about once a weed all through winter.
Now, I have a question for you. A very important one. My mother
lives in the middle of the city which, unfortunately is very
polluted. She suffers of Parkinson's disease among other things and
does not want to move from her appartment, not even for the summer
months.
I was thinking of trying to spray twice a day (moring and night)
into the appartment with a solution of 1:100 EMa in an endeavor to
clean the air she breaths day- in/day-out. Do you think it would be
a good idea? Do you believe that this should in a way solve this
part of the problem I have and concerns my mother's well-being? I
had a few months ago bought EM-X for her to drink, she did it a few
days and then returned to me the half full bottle saying that it did
not help her at all, as if this would be magic! If my idea of
spraying in the air could be of help, I could arrange it with the
woman who takes care of her without even my mother knowing!
Please let me know if you have had in the past similar cases.
2. I was talking yesterday to a man I met who deals with nurseries
and imports of plants and talked to him about EM. He then made a
question that I did not know what to reply. He said: But isn't EM1
produced in the laboratory? If it is, how is it considered
natural? What is the reply to this??
Many thanks ffor your attention
Chryssoula
