What do you want from these lists

Hello all
Some of you have been with these lists from almost the exact day of
their formation. Others of you are relative newcomers. I appreciate all
of you.
In the early days, it was exciting to see the Entrances Discussion list
doing exactly what I'd envisioned would happen. People were talking with
one another, potential contacts were built, there was a little
preliminary online screening. We had some technical difficulties and
things went silent.
For a while, we had a few brave souls who ventured to respond to some of
the discussion starters and notices posted, while others ventured to
start discussions.
There are periodic notices about events and matters I think will be of
interest to you that I've posted to the list. I've received some private
messages that fill me in on things that are happening in your private
lives and I've endeavored to be supportive.
All of this is leading to the fact that life has changed a lot since
2001. Because there's so little interaction among us now, it's difficult
to gauge what your interests and desires may be.
Yes, the newsletter has been dormant for more than a year. I saw there
was a great interest in having that. But I fired the clones about 4
years ago so it's been a chore trying to revive that. It is coming. But
do you want it? [more about that below]
I've gone from attempting online career workshops and have been
producing twice-monthly career tips with vocabulary builder and
twice-monthly recruiting tips wtih vocabular builder. Again, the clones
are gone and I've fallen behind schedule on those. They're coming. But
do you want them? [more about that below]

that you can network with colleagues?
* Do you want to continue using the discussion list to talk about
whatever is on your mind regarding job search strategies, wherre to find
________, who to use for __________, what's best practice these days for
_____, what's the latest technology for ________, how to save money, get
money, ...
* Do you want to be notified when there are new bulletin notices in the
forum ("http://forums.delphiforums.com/Entrances/start") or do you just
visit there periodically to see what's happening?
* Other things not mentioned above ________________
While I do want to encourage exchanges and community building, it's
important to me that you not be bombarded with undesired content. And
it's important to me that we grow according to our shifing interests and
times.
What would you like to have? How may I do this for you? Would some of
you like to be more involved? Say what you'd like to do.
Would you like for me to move the groups (recruiters, career,
discussion, newsletter) to a business networking community where you can
have a blog and other tools?
