No. Since he will be taking the old format of the exam, in order to be
able to compare and take the highest of the two grades, he does not take the
oral exam again.

Based on what I have been told by the Testing Dept., it is the highest grade
that counts.

I was interested in the qualification needed to become an English teacher
in Israel. I have a Master's Degree in Business
Administration, and am fluent in English, Hebrew and Spanish. Are there
many jobs in Israel for English teachers? I really like Arad, and would
love living and working there. Just curious.

according to the context of lines 7-14"
Does this mean that students have to use their own words or can they also
extract words from the text?
If the students are limited to fill in these cloze passages with say 2
words - does a date count as a word? for example
in September 1989 - is this 2 words or 3 words?
