Special Note about Changes!!
Some good news will be enjoyable, others will not!
So, what do you think if you have your "Ezine Act" very short and
to the point?
I am asking you and myself at the same time this question, my
valued reader, because when we come to this newsletter, I mean
Ezine Act and think about the time I spend editing it and the time
you spend reading it, we get all involved with it for say 10-30 minutes
and maybe more.
That means it becomes our small World at that specific time.
So, why shouldn't its topics be specific, short and to the point?
I am not sleeping so much just because I am thinking every moment
about how to improve it. And as you know I have two newsletters
that I am publishing in turn weekly, and I am planning for the third,
a new idea just touches my brain every time and then.
Some good numbers of ezines are disappeared and some others
want to suspend. But I am keeping on thinking about this and taking
the challenge to control my destiny tomorrow.
So, I come up with a good idea at this time while I am preparing to
publish my third ezine: Child Book Publishing Ezine. I have registered
this domain and I am working on it very hard at this edge.
I want to share this idea with my valued readers, so I may get more
comments. Any comment will be a newsworthy for those ezines:
I am planning for the coming schedule and topics as follows:
¤ Each ezine will be published in turn every 3 weeks.
¤ Each ezine will speak about its specific topics (e.g. Ezine Act: is about
politics, business and love,,,Wise Biz Marketing is about its domain which
is Wise Business,,,,ChBPez is about children and parents). So:
¤ Each newsletter will be very short with its theme-based content.

African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights:
Only the best qualified candidates should be appointed judges
The effectiveness and efficiency of the African Court on Human
and Peoples' Rights will depend on the appointment of highly qualified
judges with a strong commitment to human rights, Amnesty International
said today in a document outlining a checklist of criteria to ensure the
appointment of the best qualified candidates for judges.
"The judges will be the most visible representatives of the Court. It is
essential for the credibility and effective operation of the Court that judges
of the highest calibre, with a fair representation of men and women from
the main regions and legal systems of Africa, are elected," Amnesty
International urged.
The Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights on
the Establishment of an African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights
(the Protocol) entered into force on January 25, 2004 after receiving the
required fifteen ratifications.
Article 13 of the Protocol requires the Chairperson of the African Union
(AU) Commission, upon entry into force of the Protocol, to request each
state party to present, within ninety days (about the end of April 2004), its
nominees for the office of judge of the Court.
The Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union, at
its forthcoming Third Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in July 2004,
is expected to take decisions on such matters as the location of the Court, its
budget, and elect eleven judges to the Court.
