If you are searching for a "Vulcan Mind Meld" of Mental and Emotional
transference you will undoubtedly be let down no matter where you go. The
term Genius does not cover what you seek. Look up the word Utopia. I means

Your words clearly indicate your insight, it is a delight to hear positive
for a change.
To answer that question, "who gives a rats ass" my first impression caused
me to chuckle upon hearing this, as I've used these words myself, however, I
must say I give a rats ass because I live as reclusively as I can-a
sheltered life, mostly, so I don't give of myself to people much-mentally
speaking. I've used the forum as a growing out of my shell, practicing my
writing, while letting others get to know me in the best way I could. I
guess I've come to the phase in my life where I want recognition as a person
and not be hidden away like an ostrich anymore. So when I learned to open
myself up via-the-genius-l, I thought I found where I belonged in life.
Upon opening up my reclusive nature and baring all my most secretive
intimacy of my past, to strangers yet, but yet in my mind genius-list was
genius people I wanted to be a part of, and in doing so, I felt I had to
bare truth and honesty of my complete person.
People rejected me, it was no real big deal, I mastered the feelings of
rejections, so I thought, until rejection reared its ugly head once again,
in Dans' exclusion of my name, my intregrity torn, hurting as loud as the
embarrassment I felt,

I feel your pain. Hardship is a part of life and great intuition is a

We were all value imprinted to be who we became. Proper aging / seasoning

Who really gives a rat's ass? This is an internet chat room; we are
faceless people who you are not dependent upon. Your anger is unjustified
(in my opinion). Try to live life without expectation.
I have wrestled with the concept of mediums for many years. Mystics
essentially feed on the weak (otherwise why would anyone go and ask these
people questions?) and their agenda / integrity should always be
questioned.
However I do believe people possess these abilities. My rationale is as
follows: For every knuckle dragger with no emotional response there must
be
a person with an abnormally high emotional response. Statistically
speaking
these people are +3 sigma violations on the scale of intuition.
If you have not noticed this board is loaded with cerebral people. If you
live in your heart...this group is apt to aggravate the crap out of you.
We
cerebral types often come across detached, cold and uninterested with
emotional blither blather.
Somewhere in the Bible (I am told) infers intellect equals sorrow.
Perhaps,
your heart is wiser than us all(?). However until you can harness your
emotional swings you will exist in a state of intermittent chaos. One
proven method to gaining more control is Journaling. The act of conscious
intellectualizing of the events that deeply rock your world helps. Write
about them...then rewrite and rewrite until the picture becomes crystal
clear. Then ask yourself why this event bothers you and make a decision
about the people involved. YOU MUST MAKE A DECISION (most never do) about
these people. Without a decision you are going to replay the tape until
your death. The decision maybe...he or she can't help themselves or I
don't
engage with these types, or they do not share my values in this area.
This
is why genius is alone, this is why genius has a difficult time in
marriage.

I know you mean well John ThankYou, but I do not need therapy at this time
in my life. My anger was momentary, why are you agreeing with Dan on

My anger was justified. My integrity was hurt, my words shit upon. Anger
is
a human emotion, yes and genius is human.

Seldom anyone can get me angry, but my anger disperses in seconds after
felt, I never dwell on the negative. This anger that is now diminished,
is
the longest anger I've held on to. But, I let it go now, and I am back to
being my usual honest self.

It seems the implication is that genius doesn't have emotion, this is not

I have a great love inside me, this love directs me, call it mental

This love directs me in speech, this love is high energy, so high in fact
that I foresee things, (however I didn't foresee Dan excluding my name

the list) let me give you an example of the things I've foreseen just last
week Mar 12,
both incidences in the same week. My granddaughters little barbie bike
was
stolen the day after, I visualized this.
My granddaughter's first set of front teeth were damaged in a fall at
school
the day after I visualized this. I have on going preminitions that come
true, I am beginning to record them, as I saw in a dream a year ago, and
spoken of this dream to close friends, I had a preminition of the tsunmi
disaster. I am wondering why negative thoughts are coming my way, and
then
they come true, I am such a positive and confident person. I didn't mean
to think the girls bike would be stolen, it just entered my mind, like I
had
no control over the thought.
Dan thinks I'm paronoid, not true at all, see how people see what I seem.
Do you see me as a bore John, does anyone other than Dan see me as a bore?
I never thought of myself as boring before, because I never get bored, my
own mind entertains me. Hmmm maybe he only said that to have me think

Genius is not emotional.
Genius is objective, rational and above all truthful. Human's are
emotional
beings however Genius possesses the ability to recognize, intellectualize
and avoid the pit falls associated with irrational behavior.
I joined this forum for the quality of thinking. The group recently
deteriorated to nonsensical banter with infrequent rays of greatness. We
all know why it is closing.
Donna, I have never met a person who would not benefit from therapy.
Perhaps you might consider it an option?
