provided by "Family Court Of Australia" titled PARENTING PLANS.
A parenting plan is a written agreement between both parents. It can
cover with whom your children will live, who they can see, their
education, holidays, religious and medical matters, or any other
specific arrangements.
The forms that are offered are in Adobe PDF (Portable Document
Format).
As a Grandparent you might find it useful with modifications for
visitation with Grandchildren.
