Strumming Problem

To Guitar Players,
I am having trouble with my strumming tecnique. I can play chords that
use the low E string pretty well, but when it comes to chords that dont
use it, i have trouble playing them and getting a good sound. It may be
that I use too much wrist or something. My strumming technique is pretty
bad at the moment and I do really need some help.
