Dear David,
Today, I wanted to share some incredible Tips that I’ve learned over the years…..
I hope some of these will help you in your day to day activities.
1. Which ever kind of marketing you do, do it consistently…..
EXAMPLE: If I have an ad running in USA Today or any of the Home Business Magazines, I will run them for 5 weeks in a row if weekly and 4 months in a row if monthly. Being consistent is the only way you can measure results.
2. Guirilla Marketing “Super Tip” – If you are not face to face with prospect talking about product or services, you are not doing the “Money Making Activities” required to be successful. You are simply doing busy work and busy work DOES NOT MAKE M0NEY!!!!!
3. Follow Up, Follow Up, Follow Up……It amazes me how many people will spend 8 hours placing ads or several hundreds of dollars in marketing and they DO NOT FOLLOW UP. Yes, Ladies and Gentleman….YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK UP THE PHONE……This is a people business, regardless of your products, this is a people business, not a machine business or Not a computer business……..Sorry, but it is Simply the TRUTH…..We are in a PEOPLE BUSINESS
4. Most people are not very good on the phone, so Practice, Practice, Practice……Don’t practice on $10 leads, get some cheap ones, maybe around 50 Cents or a dollar each….You can find 1 week old surveyed leads out there and practice on the cheap ones. Your goal here is not to make a sale, If you do it is a bonus, this truly is practice, so you can get good at follow up for when the hot prospects come into your business.
5. Reverse Marketing Works….I try to get on every list possible….Meaning, when I see a capture page, I put my info in there so I can see what others are doing, So I can get their follow up letter and sometimes I borrow theirs or sample from it to improve my own follow up letters and lastly, I add them to my responder and grow my list.
6. List Building is the only way to have longevity in the business. The best and fastest way to list build is to steal people from other lists…..OK, I don’t really mean to steal…but what I do mean is to take someone’s list….Such as an ezine, solo ad or safe list, for example, and run your best converting capture page so that people will opt into your capture page, growing your list from their list….You see, it is taking their list and getting them to opt into your list growing YOUR LIST FAST!!!!!!

10. This is all part of relationship building with your list…..Trust me Ladies and Gentleman, no body likes to be sold stuff all the time. Earn trust and respect from your database and when you do have something to sell, they are 10 times more likely to buy from you….
