Subject: Evaporation under freezing condition

Dear Colleagues

While I was writing a proposal to monitor the amount of
water required to keep
the water level in class A pan evaporation constant, hence
monitoring
evaporation rate, I was asked to address issues concerning
evaporation under
freezing condition. Any clue to papers, colleagues and
technical documents in
this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Abedini
