I agree with the othere comments here, maybe some local bike clubs would be willing to help maintain parts of the trails that run through their locales? Fundraisers, that's another good idea. Here's acouple more: (1) have non-violent offenders who are sentenced to "community service" work on cleaning up/maintaining the trails; and (2) get Blago to stop wasting taxpayer money on flying around in an Illinois-paid jet.
