I'm sorry that it's been so long since you've heard from me. I'll not give a

National Wild Bird Feeding Month
Cornell University's Backyard Feeder Watch is a good place to begin studying
birds. The project tracks birds at backyard feeders throughout the year.
Complete instructions of how to begin, identify birds, and report data is
available on the Web site. There is a $15 participation fee to cover the
cost of materials. You'll find materials for your unit in the "Resources for
Teachers" at the bottom of the page.

expand your study to include career studies.

April brings
Palm Sunday (4th) and Easter (11th) are the celebration of the greatest
event in human history. The resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Income Tax Day (15th) is a good day to teach not only our system of taxes
but also simple economics.
Earth Day (22nd) read Genesis 1 and rejoice in God's creation.
