Can I ask you to mail me urgently about the timings of the two shows on
malcolm (dot) jeffrey -at- virgin (dot) net ? I've sent you four or
five mails requesting times but I can only assume that they're not
getting to you.
I need to know not only the start times (2:00pm and 7:30pm) of the shows
but the **finish** times too, to work out how many performer spots to
ask for and to calculate around : in particular, the latest time the
place will let us play till, as there may be local legislation or
licensing requirements to work to. If the Hobbit want us to stop
playing in the afternoon at 4pm and in the evening at 10:30pm, I can
promise less spots to players than if it's 5pm and 11:45pm and as you're
expecting me to ask for punters to reserve spots, I can't tell them how
many I can cater for until you do.
