Dear members and friends of Cycle Kingston,
We hope everyone is having a wonderful summer so far!
Starting on July 15, Cycle Kingston will be hosting weekly community
bicycle rides at locations throughout the city. These rides, each of
which will be approximately an hour long in length, are a wonderful
opportunity for cyclists of all ages and abilities to get out on the
road this summer with friends and family and learn about
opportunities for cycling in our community.
The first community ride will be held on Wednesday, July 15,
departing from Market Square promptly at 6:00pm. The schedule for
the rest of the summer is as follows:
July 22- Wally Elmer Youth Centre (6:00pm)
July 29- St. Lawrence College, Residence Building (6:00pm)
August 5- St. Martha School (6:00pm)
August 12- Old Colony Park (6:00pm)
August 19- Market Square (6:00pm)
August 26- Jim Beattie Park (6:00pm)
For more information and updates on community rides and other
community events taking place this summer, please visit our website
at www.cyclekingston.ca.
We hope to see you at at least one community ride this summer!
Regards,
Joanna Hunt
