KINGSTON POLICE ARE WARNING CYCLISTS TO OBEY THE RULES OF THE ROAD.





A 50 -YEAR OLD MAN WAS SENT TO HOSPITAL THIS MORNING WITH A BROKEN LEG AL=
ONG WITH OTHER INJURIES.
 
HE MAN WAS CROSSING STEPHEN STREET AT COWDY WHEN HE STRUCK THIS BLACK HYU=
NDAI SANTA FE.
 
DAMAGE TO THE CAR WAS MINIMAL BUT THE BIKE WAS NEARLY CUT IN HALF.

POLICE SAY THE CYCLIST WILL BE CHARGED
