Not sure what your shuttle plan is, but why couldn't you leave your vehicle at McFarland with your re-supply in it? Then catch a shuttle back to your vehicle in the end.

Hi Trudy- Thanks for the info. I talked to Gunflint Lodge yesterday
and they still have snow. We will keep in touch about conditions as we
get closer.
Anyone know someone who will be at a cottage at the end of the Arrowhead
Trail between Little John and McFarland Lakes? I need to leave a supply
box within walking distance of the trail there.
