Okay, so I should probably introduce myself here. My
name's Mannlicher Carcano and I'm not an alcoholic.
Something tells me I will be after hanging out with
you guys long enough.
So anyway, I'm new here in town - blame Trisha. And
some of this stuff may be me just trying to catch my
bearings. But who do we know for certain will be
showing up? Of course, I know there will be more than
this hopefully by the end of the night, but it would
be good to know who's showing up for sure.
As for copwatch, I should say that since this is the
Bar, we should know that freedom of assembly is still
one of our basic rights. Any cop who shows up while
we're still relatively sober can break us up, but we
can legally ask for his badge number and register a
complaint with his precinct, or even sue them. I know
someone who squeezed an awful lot of money out of the
system by doing this. I'm no lawyer, though - I just
know that while in most if not all cases, the cops can
break us up, we have a potentially lucrative - if
lengthy - recourse to take.
Actually, Joe, do you have any sort of list of needs
for this whole thing? Posting exactly what's needed
would help a great deal.
