OBF Bill to be Introduced this Week

League Members,
Senator Teresa Fedor of Toledo plans to introduce our Ohio Bicycle
Federation Bill to require motorists to leave at least three feet of
clearance when passing bicyclists into the Ohio Senate this week.
Senator Mark Wagoner, also of the Toledo Area, plans to co-sponsor the
bill.
The bill is one of eight OBF proposals to improve Ohio cycling which I
presented to Senator Fedor during a May 15-17 bicycle ride from Toledo
to Columbus in which Senator Wagoner also participated.
I will keep you up to date on the progress of our legislation.
