+++ WWE BRINGS BACK A NAME THAT WAS ONCE SCHEDULED TO BE SHOT TO THE
MOON BUT AFTER WELLNESS ISSUES WAS SHOWN THE DOOR SHOCKINGLY. WWE has
signed back Lance Cade to a contract and he probably makes a few
appearances in FCW and then is on the main roster again. At one point
in time he was figured to be a high level main event star and they were
going to use HBK & Chris Jericho to elevate him to that status. He
showed promises of being what they wanted but after his troubles with
the drug issues he was dissolved in to never never land. Cade was
trained by HBK & Rudy Gonzales at HBK's old wrestling school facility in
Texas and was obviously going to be a WWE Superstar at some point due to
his connection with Michaels. What led to Cade's shocking release was
he had a seizure during an overseas tour on a flight due to drug issues
and he required emergency attention and the feeling at the time was that
if he had died it would have been a major black eye for the company
(obviously so). Cade has been doing independent shows and working in
Japan since he left WWE and he did have some interest from TNA but he
never made the move to appear for them (likely a wise decision).
+++ WWE BRAGGING RIGHTS TONIGHT ON PPV AT 8PM. Randy Orton v. John Cena
for the WWE Title in a 60 minute iron man match, Undertaker v. Batista
v. Rey Misterio v. Cm Punk for the World Title, HBK & HHH & Kofi
Kingston & Mark Henry & Jack Swagger & Big Show & Cody Rhodes v. Chris
Jericho & Kane & Matt Hardy & Ron Killings & Finlay & David Smith &
Tyson Kidd, The Miz v. John Morrison in a non title double title match
(wish it unified the two minor belts) and I think they also have a
diva's tag match scheduled for the show.
