Good work, Marion. I had a look at it and made an effort to categorize
the sites into six groups:
1. Italian sites tend towards the Libertarian Party and Ayn Rand, e.g.:
I rappresentanti della Padania
http://www.multimania.com/fogazzid/politics/padania/rappresi.htm
Libertarian Certification Center at the VERONA LIBERTARIA WEBSITE
http://members.tripod.it/LibertyFont/
El Salsn, which mentions Caserta Libertaria as a source of Ayn Rand
material
http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Atlantis/6800/salon.html
2. The Spanish sites tend towards anarchism, e.g.:
Pagina Libertaria
http://ttt.eui.upv.es/~anviaes/
Federacion Libertaria Argentina
adherida a la internacional Federaciones Anarquistas (IFA)
http://members.xoom.com/ekorni/fla.htm
Cybernautas Libertari@s del Sur: Crsnica Libertaria e-zine
http://members.xoom.com/CxLxSx/cl.htm
FERNANDEZ BARRIAL, son of Cuban Historian Frank Fernandez (La Sangre de
Santa Agueda, El Anarquismo En Cuba, and editor of the Cuban Exile
publication Guangara Libertaria)
http://www.freeyellow.com/members6/fernandezbarrial/
ANARQUISMO
URL: http://www.geocities.com/SoHo/Workshop/5120/anrk.html
Centro Virtual de Cultura Libertaria
URL: http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/Congress/1584/
3. Some are humanists, freethinkers, atheists, rationalists, e.g.:
New Humanists on the internet - Links
http://humanism.org/pub/Links.html
4. Some are communists and trade union activists, e.g.:
Anarchist groups claiming a link to the Platform
http://flag.blackened.net/revolt/platform/groups.html
I found two associated links:
alternative libertaire (france)
http://www.multimania.com/altliber/
alternativa libertaria (Italy)
http://www.pandora.it/fdca/alternativa/indice.htm
5. Another interesting site is Sunspider, who promotes both the
Democrats (i.e. Hillary Clinton) and the Libertarian Party.
http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Forum/2480/Libertaria/index.html
The page also features a banner with the word Libertaria, the statue of
liberty, the words goddess of liberty and an Atlantis icon
6. There are three sites set up by Howard Olson, who combines
libertarianism with anarchism.
The sites link to http://www.libertaria.com/
Education -- Australian International Libertarian Network --
http://maxpages.com/ilnaustralia/
Research and Development -- LIBINFORM --
http://maxpages.com/libinform/
Education -- International Libertarian Network --
http://maxpages.com/libertarian/
The fact that I was able to distinguish six different groups from that
search
shows just how wide the range is of political groups that use the word
Libertaria. As you say, you haven't included categories already
mentioned on the Geocities site, such as Independence Movements, Micro
Nations, CyberNations, Global Visions, etc.
