Site revamp

Apologies to everyone who has been trying in vain to view the site at
http://www.libertaria.com/ over the past few days. The site has been
revamped and that gave an unexpected problem.
[For the technically minded, a table had not been closed which means
that the page will not show up in Navigator at all. Since I was using
MSIE 5, I did not immediately became aware of the problem, but thanks
everyone who notified me by email!]
The site has now been split out in three parts using separate domains:
1. The homepage at Libertaria was becoming too full. As I want to add
more icons there, loading time becomes a problem. Therefore, the
homepage has now mainly become an index page, pointing at other pages
with content and facilities.
2. The Optionality Network now features the Libertaria Links page, as
well as a page with Further Reading and facilities to enter Comments and
Link Suggestions, Guestbook entries, etc.
3. Topica is still regarded as the best place for general discussions,
as messages can be posted and viewed on the web, as well as posted and
received by email.
