We have received an invitation to attend the International Society for
Individual Liberty (ISIL) 20th Anniversary Celebration, to be held in
London, Ontario, Canada, July 23 - 28, 2000.

Globalization of Liberty
There is no single place in the world with total freedom. But in various
places around our planet, almost all aspects of liberty have been tried,
often very successfully. There are places with free trade,
non-conscripted armies, privatized government services, sexual freedom,
no gun control, free speech, no censorship of what you choose to read or
to consume - everything we stand for -- and for which we are often
accused of being unrealistic for advocating.
All the pieces of the puzzle are there. We just have to put them
together. At this conference, we will try to show how liberty is being
practised today in different parts of the world, and what steps can be
taken to overcome the hazards of government interventions.
