Blocked mappings at CrystalTech

This is being sent to five of the frameworks lists plus CF-Talk. For a while
now, I've been asking CrystalTech to block mappings for the major
frameworks, since obviously if one person on a shared server maps
/Model-Glue, it screws things up for everybody. HostMySite has been doing
this for a good while, but CrystalTech lagged.
But they've caught on.
So -- for those of you who use CrystalTech, mappings are now being blocked
for /Model-Glue, /Reactor, /Coldspring and /ModelGlue (?). I've suggested to
them that they extend this blocking to /Transfer and /MachII, and I think
they will comply
