No kidding. How do new, computerized parking meters pass the
landmarks test, while bike racks don't? And cars pass the test, while
bikes ,which have been aorund longer, don't?
Haven't these people seen tom Revay's piece about the Massachusetts
Bicycle Club offices in Back Bay?
