Hi all,
we are in the process of switching from topica to riseup for our
lists. many people have had trouble with topica so we are ditching it.
you should be switched over without any trouble. you will then need
to send any emails you want the whole list to see to a new address.
you will also need to go to a different website to see the archives.
Plus, we will have a new list, fc-announce, that will not get
forwards and things, and will not be postable to by members. It will
sort of be like a basic newsletter list. everyone on topica will get
all these emails too.
i will let everyone know when this happens. it is all simple and
painless, it is supportive of your ease as an internet denizen.
please have no fear. just continue to place your trust in your system
administrators.
