A ride to the "Drive" - In

The ride out to Jericho was quick and uneventful. Seven of us traveled safely through the streets and roads of Delmar and Glenmont. I was delighted to see the clever ways the cyclists had devised to carry their seating.
We were the first to arrive at the theater and were warmly greeted by the owner. We found a comfy, grassy spot right up front.
We shared our snacks and beer and radios and enjoyed a movie that was surprisingly good after all the bad reviews!
The ride home was magical - little traffic, the bright full moon and a chorus of cicadas and crickets to serenade us!
Next Full Moon is Sept. 8. I am up for a "Drive" - In unless someone has a better idea?
