Greetings from Georgia Tech,
My name is Amy Lancaster and I work at the Georgia Tech Alumni Association=

Back in 2003, when the war in Iraq began, I started a letter writing projec=
t
for our Georgia Tech alumni who were deployed at the time. Involving campus
student groups and alumni contacts, we were able to let over 100 alumni
serving overseas know that the Tech community was thinking of them.
With the holiday season quickly approaching, I am coordinating a similar
project. While we have alumni records here at the Alumni Association, we ar=
e
unable to completely determine who is currently active in the military
and which
alumni are currently overseas. So, this is where you come in! If you will b=
e
deployed during the holidays, please share your mailing address with me and
you will receive holiday greetings from the Georgia Tech Community! Or, if
you have addresses for any of our deployed alumni and don't think they woul=
d
mind receiving mail, please forward those to me as well. The mailing
addresses, themselves, will not be given out to the public.
In addition, I hope you will take a few moments and submit *your* holiday
greeting via our online form through November 12th:

I sincerely appreciate any help you could provide and I know all of our
