Dear Lora,
Thank you for your participation in the Alumni Club Scholarship Program!

Your
| | efforts, combined with the efforts of other clubs, will provide many

thousands
| | of dollars in scholarship money to deserving students throughout Georgia
|
and
| | the United States. I look forward to working with you during this process.
Attached is the list of students from your area who are eligible for your
Alumni Club Matching Scholarship. This is the list of all students from
|
your
| | area who have been accepted as of January 23, 2007. They will all be
|
eligible
| | for the scholarship and the matching funds. We anticipate that a large
|
number
| | of students will be admitted within the next week. I will send you an
|
updated
| | list of acceptances on Monday, February 5. This will give us the
|
opportunity
| | to include as many students as possible in the Club Scholarship Program
|
this
| | year.
Please conduct the application process according to the timeline in the
|
Club
submit
order
| | to be eligible for the matching funds.
In addition, I have attached a short Club Scholarship agreement. Please
|
sign
| | and return the agreement to me at the address below before the March 9
deadline. Going forward, we would like to have this agreement on file for
|
all
| | clubs participating in the program.
