MoBikeFed members and supporters,

I just got a call from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services
- today Governor Nixon signed SB 180 into law.

SB 180 makes the following days, weeks and months an official part of the
Missouri state calendar:

* Missouri Bicycle Month (May)
* Bike to Work Day (third Friday of May)
* Bike to Work Week (week of Bike to Work Day)
* Walk and Bike to School Month (October)
* Walk and Bike to School Day (first Wednesday in October)

The bill's page (and full text) is here:

Thanks to Senator Will Kraus, who sponsored SB 180, and Representative Noel
Torpey, who handled the bill in the House.

Thanks to all of you who have helped work for the passage of this bill over
the past couple of years!
