Teversham Engineering will sandblast then powedercoat the frame & forks
for £46. Seems pretty reasonable to me. Went round this morning to ask
them about it and see their range of colours. (They have a building on
the industrial estate behind The Greyhound on Coldham's Lane where they
do powdercoating.)

Imagine my surprise when this morning I took another F frame round there
for a powdercoating, only to find that they'd moved out!
So, I'll have to see if I can find another powdercoater in the area - or
else try a "real" bike painter. I'll look up Morley Brothers who were
mentioned on this list a while back...
