Who's going? I'll be there on Sunday with the Speed Ross (SWB
recumbent). I'm not happy about taking the AM7 too far from home with a
broken hub flange at the moment. Anyone who wants to try the Ross is
welcome if we can adjust it to fit you (I'm 1.72m high (5'8" for the
19th C fashioned)). Adjustment is ~50mm either way.
If you're passing through or near Burwell on the way to Mildenhall we
could meet up for a longer ride together.
Note: Despite whatever number of gears I can fit to any bike, Ian Wright
can drop me without effort on his AM2 :-(
On bank holiday Monday I will be mechanicing, and possibly driving, a
1904 Alldays Light Car, single cylinder, from Burwell to the Ashwell
(Herts) Show. Last year the Veteran Cycle Club were there in force,
and they are Moulton-tolerant at least. I didn't ask their opinion of
100 year old cars, so maybe it's best to let sleeping dogs lie.
