Thanks for a great season everybody! It was blast!
Just a reminder MVA Annual Meeting/Elections are Monday September 14th. If
you're interested in running and havent gotten your position stamenet in
yet, you can still show up Monday Night and state your position.
You can vote via e-mail by sending your choices for the three positions to
adm-@velodrome.org.
If you can't make it personally Monday, you can send a proxy to vote in your
place.

Reminder: MVA Annual Meeting and Board Member Elections, September 14
The 2009 MVA General Meeting and Elections will be held on September 14 from
630PM to 830PM at Patterson Cellars in Woodinville.
They are located at 19501 144th Ave NE Suite D 600 - Woodinville, WA 98072
At this meeting elections will be held for the three MVA Board positions
that are up for election. You don't need to be a MVA member to run for a
board position, but you do need to be a member to vote. You get to vote
once...that's one vote per live human being, not per e-mail address. We'll
be confirming your vote with the membership list.
If you're interested in running and getting more involved in how things
happen at the track, send your election statement

Board positions are for two years, and this is a working board, not a purely
advisory board.
Deadlines for statements are 5PM September 10th, and e-mail votes have to be
in by 5pm on September 14th.
Actual voting will be closed at 8PM on September 14th.
