Proposed fall schedule (and approval vote)

MWCCC,
Below is the proposed schedule for the Fall 2008 mountain bike season.
As I mentioned in the past, we will have a vote to approve it. For
now, it will be an e-mail vote and I will look into other options in
the future. A representative from each MWCCC school can vote can vote
by replying to this message and state whether or not the vote is to
approve of the schedule and clearly state what school the vote is
for. Each school has one vote; if I get multiple votes from the same
school, I will let that school's voters know (if they voted the same
way, I will count the vote otherwise they will need to work out how to
vote before the deadline.) Votes should be sent directly to me (no
need to send them to the entire list) but if you want to make a public
comment on the schedule, send that to the list. I will allow votes to
be changed up to the end of voting.
I will take votes starting now and ending on Wednesday, June 25th. If
a majority of votes approve of the calendar, then it will be final.
All schools that submitted bids got a spot on the schedule. Since I
sent it out to the promoters a couple days ago, all but two have let
me know that they agree with it . Of the two that I did not hear back
from, one got their first choice weekend so I assume they also are
fine with it.

August 30/31 Mizzou
September 6/7 Illinois
September 13/14 Michigan State
September 20/21 Lindsey Wilson
September 27/28 Michigan
October 4/5 Butler
October 11/12 Purdue (Regionals)
Again - please vote by replying to this message. If is much easier to
keep track of the responses (and make sure the votes all count) if you
do so.
