Also, I expect a general tendency for people to be much less worried about the aesthetics, noise, etc. associated with a wind generator that is sited at an industrial location, because that location is already more likely to be less aesthetically pleasing, noisier, etc. I agree with John Sarver that the Delphi study should stick with utility scale issues, and residential issues can be a much, much more modest portion of that study, if it seems there is ample interest in the residential side.
